Cancellation Policy

By booking an exhibitor space at this event, you agree to the following Exhibitor Booking Policy. 1. All exhibitor bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once your booking is confirmed, your space, package type, and supplier category are reserved exclusively for you. Your fee remains payable regardless of attendance. 2. Spaces are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. We limit the number of suppliers per category to ensure a balanced fayre. Once a category is full, it may be removed from the booking form to prevent further bookings. 3. Package availability is limited. Some package options (e.g., VIP Sponsor, Sponsor, Drinks Table Sponsor, Car/Transport spaces) have strict limits. Once these options are sold out, they will be removed from the booking list. 4. Add-ons are optional extras. Any add-ons (such as the attendee list or additional car space) are charged in addition to your main package and are also non-refundable. 5. You must provide accurate business information. This includes your supplier category, business name, contact details, and any special requirements. Incorrect category selection may result in cancellation without refund. 6. Public Liability Insurance is required. You must hold valid Public Liability Insurance to exhibit at public events. You may be asked to upload or send your certificate prior to the event. If electricity is required, a valid PAT certificate must also be provided. 7. Arrival times and set-up instructions must be followed. You must arrive within the agreed set-up window. Early pack-down is not permitted. Late arrival may result in loss of space, with no refund given. 8. Space allocations are determined by the organiser. While we will consider requests where possible, final exhibitor placement is at our discretion to ensure the smooth running of the event. 9. Promotion is for the booked business only. You may only promote the business named in your booking unless previously agreed. No unauthorised third-party promotions or subletting of space is permitted. 10.
